根据关于外国人来华工作的许可制度规定：外国语言教学人员属于B类外国专业人才。在中国国内上岗，必须取得工作许可，原则上应从事其母语国母语教学，取得大学学士及以上学位，具有2年以上语言教育工作经历，如果取得所在国教师资格证书或取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书的，可免除工作经历要求。

 

According to the relevant laws and regualtions of the People's Republic of China on the work permit  for foreigners coming to China, foreign language teaching personnel is of Class B foreign professionals and they must obtain work permits to work in China.  In principle, they shall engage in mother tongue teaching in their native countries,and they shall obtain bachelor's degrees or above from universities, and have more than 2 years of working experience in language education.

根据央视新闻7月的报道，山东一幼儿园被曝光发生一起外籍教师猥亵女童事件，目前该外教已被依法批捕。外教的负面新闻频频被曝光。最近江苏徐州的7名英语外教就因吸毒被抓。

 

According to CCTV News in July, a foreign teacher molested a girl in a kindergarten in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and the foreign teacher has been arrested in accordance with the law. This is not the first time to expose the negative news of a foreign teachers. Recently, seven English foreign teachers in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, were arrested for drug abuse.

《通知》称，这些档案将被报送到广东省教育厅、当地科技部门、公安部门和外专局。

The documents shall be sent to local departments of education, science and technology, public security and foreign experts affairs according to the Notice.
